COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Flex EPOS (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to directors of UK registered limited companies who are aged 18 years or over.
• Only one entry per UK registered limited company is permitted.
• Proof of directorship and/or company details may be required.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Entry is made by completing the competition entry form at the event and selecting the checkbox to confirm entry.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Multiple entries on behalf of the same limited company will be deemed invalid.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens on the date of the event and closes at 23:59 on the final day of the event, unless otherwise stated.
• Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.

5. Prize

• The prize consists of a 12-month free rental of a till system supplied by the Promoter.
• The free rental period begins on the date the till system is installed and activated.
• At the end of the 12-month free rental period, standard rental charges will apply unless the agreement is terminated in accordance with the Promoter’s terms.
• The prize does not include consumables, peripherals, installation, training, connectivity, or third-party services unless explicitly stated.
• Use of the till system is conditional upon integrated card payments being in place, either:
  • with the winner’s existing compatible payment provider, or
  • by entering into a separate agreement with the Promoter’s preferred payment supplier.
• Where the preferred payment supplier is used, the agreement must be arranged by Flex EPOS and is subject to the supplier’s own terms, conditions, and approval processes.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry within 14 days of the competition closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during the competition will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
• Data will be used solely for administering the competition, contacting the winner, and for marketing purposes only where explicit consent has been given.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.

8. Marketing Consent

• Opting into marketing communications is optional and not a condition of entry.
• You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, system failures, or connectivity issues.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Withdrawal or Amendment of Competition

• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where it becomes necessary to do so.

11. General

• The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
